To ensure you arrive for your massage feeling relaxed, please plan to arrive around 5 minutes before your appointment time. The spa circuit lasts 90 minutes. It alternates between different stations, contrasting cold, heat, dry and humid environments. 

The facilities at the La Residencia Puerto Tarifa Spa offer:

  • Towel for exclusive use in the sauna
  • Towel for your shower
  • Flip-flops
  • Swimming cap (ask our team if you need one)
  • Access to the Spa circuit area for 90 minutes
  • Access to the changing room with shower, locker and hairdryer. Enjoy this moment of calm and deep relaxation.

Should you be in one of these situations, you should not use the spa:

  • Pregnancy of 6 months or more 
  • Cardiovascular or blood pressure diseases
  • Epilepsy, skin diseases such as dermatitis, and those with infections or open wounds
